Position: Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities
Upon receiving the required on-the-job training, handle the customer service work at the front desk and call center of our dental centers, including handling follow-up enquiries, paperwork, etc., and strive to provide customers with a personalized and hospitable experience.
Key Highlights

| Working Hours | 09:30 - 19:00 (or 18:00 weekends) |
| Salary | $18,000 - $30,000 (subject to experience and ability) |
| Plus | Training Subsidy & Monthly Performance Bonus! |

Requirements

Responsibilities
Assist dentists in surgery and treatment, tool examination, disinfection & follow-up with patients after treatment.
